Packaging

Totapuri Mango Concentrate is aseptically packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bags, secured with a polyliner, and placed in open-top MS drums coated with food-grade epoxy paint on the inside. Product Net Weight: 228 Kgs per drum.

Storage

Aseptic Totapuri mango Concentrate should be stored at ambient temperature and not below 40C. Avoid exposure to higher temperature and sunlight.

Manufacturing Process

Totapuri Mango Concentrate Process

Once Totapuri mangoes arrive at our facility, they are inspected and loaded onto a processing belt. They are washed with fresh and chlorinated water to remove foreign matter. The tips are cut manually, and destoner machinery separates the peels. The pulp undergoes evaporation to remove water content via a vacuum process. The concentrate is filtered and passed through magnetic traps and metal detectors to eliminate foreign particles. After rigorous analysis and verification to meet customer specifications, the product is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags within MS drums. Finally, the finished product is stored in cold storage warehouses.
