Frozen Alphonso Mango Slice Overview
Mangopoint offers the highest quality IQF Alphonso mangoes in various forms, including slices, dices, chunks, halves, and wholes. We adhere to stringent quality and hygiene standards during processing. Only the best, appropriately ripened mangoes are selected. These ripe mangoes are washed, peeled, and then sliced or diced according to customer specifications using the FAM dicer. The diced or chunked mangoes are then treated with chlorinated water, dewatered, inspected, weighed, and packed. The final product undergoes metal detection and is individually frozen in cold storage at -18°C to achieve the finished product.

 Mangopoint’s Frozen Alphonso Mango Slice are produced from premium Alphonso mango sourced from Our farms. Upon arrival, the mangoes undergo meticulous processing starting with washing in chlorinated water (100-150ppm). The mangoes are then hand-peeled and sliced before being rinsed with fresh water to ensure purity. Subsequently, the mango slices are diced into uniform Alphonso Mango dice.   Using state-of-the-art Frozen technology, the mango chunks are individually quick frozen at a consistent temperature of -18 to -21 degrees Celsius. This precise freezing method ensures each mango dice maintains its natural integrity without clumping. After passing through a metal detector for quality assurance, the frozen mango dice are packed in LDPE bags and stored in cold storage (-25 to -29 degrees Celsius).
