Specifications
Slices are hand-made from ripened fruit. Slices passed through the Blast Freezer at -18 degrees C, inspected, packed & passed through a metal detector. Overall processing is done by maintaining strictly hygienic conditions throughout the processing line.
10 kg bulk pack in food grade LDPE bags packed in 5-Ply corrugated cartons. Up to 2300 cartons 23 MT Net can be loaded per FCL. IQF totapuri mango dice/chunks should be dry and deep-frozen at min –18°C Best before 24 months from the date of manufacturing at –18°CParameter Group

At Mangopoint, we produce IQF Totapuri mango dices and chunks in sizes of 6x6mm, 10x10mm, 15x15mm, and 20x25mm, sourced from fresh Totapuri mango slices. Our mango dice shapes are naturally oblong, with around 70-75% conforming to standard size specifications on two sides. The remaining 25% exhibit natural irregularities, reflecting the authentic nature of the fruit.

Manufacturing Process
Mangopoint’s Totapuri IQF mango dices are produced from premium Totapuri mangoes sourced from Our farms. Upon arrival, the mangoes undergo meticulous processing starting with washing in chlorinated water (100-150ppm). The mangoes are then hand-peeled and sliced before being rinsed with fresh water to ensure purity. Subsequently, the mango slices are diced into uniform Totapuri mango dice. Using state-of-the-art IQF technology, the mango chunks are individually quick frozen at a consistent temperature of -18 to -21 degrees Celsius. This precise freezing method ensures each mango dice maintains its natural integrity without clumping. After passing through a metal detector for quality assurance, the frozen mango dice are packed in LDPE bags and stored in cold storage (-25 to -29 degrees Celsius).
